I have a fourteen ft Mirro Craft. When I got it it had some sort of rubber paint on the bottom. It did O.K. for a couple of years but needs some TLC now. I started peeling some of the stuff off and found tons of caulk on every seam and rivet. This boat does not leak. Don't know why someone did all that.
Anyways I'm thinking of trying to do some prep and recoat this bottom with a similar rubber type product. Has anyone used one of these products (Tuff coat etc..). I'm concerned as to what kind of prep might be adequate. Thanks in Advance Tim S
