the state of new jersey refuses to allow me to register a 1980s 11.5ft aluminum smoker craft because i could not provide hull ID. i did notice a sticker that read: [NJZ - 01765 - HULL]. the registration stickers on both sides of the hull has a once registered new jersey sticker [NJ 4546 AC]. do i have to sue the commission to get the boat registered? i really don't want to wait for the court system but i bought this boat June 2007 and now its July 2008. i want to legally take it on the waters, what are my options?
