Is there a "construction grade" ridgid insulation I can cover directly with cloth and epoxy? The "marine grades" I've seen on-line (for sandwich applications) are rediculously expensive. :shock:

Rigid foam building board will do fine. It is pretty common stuff at Home Depot, etc.
