I would like to take a moment to introduce myelf. My name is David and I enjoy sailing on Lake Travis here in the Austin Texas area I have enjoyed reading through all the posts. I am a retired Navy CPO and have started second career, but a Sailor true and true. I miss living by the ocean but Lake Travis is my ocean for right now. I sail on the lake whenever I get the chance with a friend, which this year has been pretty often. I hope to soon be taking my lovely wife out on the lake. The kit boats that I have seen in the forums seem pretty easy to build. I would like to make one a project.
