Hello : New to the forum and I hope someone can help me out. I have a late model Sears Gamefisher 15hp Outboard. I have the owners manual Model #225.581506/225.581496 and have had no problem getting parts directly from Sears but they do not carry a Factory Service or Repair Manual. Been going crazy trying to locate a repair manual. Can find manuals for older Gaemfishers 1978 or before but mine is a newer model maybe late 80's early 90's. Not sure who manufactured the motor. Have the motor apart and now need to figure out how t get it back together again. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi. I ran across your search while looking for some gamefisher info. I ,too, need help  putting a a late 80s Merc Force Gamefisher back together again. Like a dumb s--- I didn't flush out my motor after a trip to Baja and after a year in the garage it was locked up tight. I bought a new 4 stroke but I don't like it because it is too heavy-I miss my old Gamefisher. I bought a used power head for it and swapped out my carb, ignition, etc, but I just can't remember how the linkage went and some other parts because I don't have a manual that shows how the parts go. Do you have anything with pictures that I could buy or rent from you that will help me put Humpdy Dumpty back together again. Jerome LaFreniere 13875 Sage Hill Rd. Reno, NV 89521  775-851-1976
